Back pain—whether occasional or chronic—is a common challenge often linked to posture, lifestyle habits, or a weakened core. This 3-part yoga series is thoughtfully designed to help you understand and relieve back discomfort through movement, awareness, and self-care.

🌀 Throughout the series, we’ll explore:

Common causes of back pain, including scoliosis, slipped discs, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction

Therapeutic yoga poses that gently support spinal alignment and muscular balance

Breathing and relaxation techniques to calm the nervous system and promote healing

Essential oils that naturally assist with pain relief and inflammation

Each class builds upon the last, offering a progressive and supportive approach to back care.
