The Merriest & Cheeriest of Seasons Starts with Winter Lights

  1. When: 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 21st, 2025
  2. Parade steps-off at 6:30 p.m. 
  3. Where: Downer Place, from Water Street to River Street, in downtown Aurora
  4. Parking: Free parking available in all public Downtown lots
  5. Tips: Be sure to arrive early, as streets will begin to close at 6:00 p.m. The tree lighting and Drone light show are best viewed from both of the Downer Place bridges.
  6. Santa's Location: Grand Army of the Republic Military Museum (23 E. Downer Place)
