Stressed out about the holidays? We've got your back.

Join us for a stress relief morning at The Perch on November 15!

First, join me at 9 am for a gentle yoga class focused on relaxation. Class is just $20! (Or use your punch card.)

Then from 10-12, enjoy a selection of stress-relief activities including tea sampling, coloring, and more! All activities from 10-12 are free!
