We meet up every Thursday at 6pm. Lead by Certified Run Coach and Physical Therapist, Amy Paribello. Tonight we will talk about my favorite 3 dynamic warm-up drills. Don't be late!


Water and bananas provided.


All paces are welcome. Walk or run. 1.5 mile loop along the Fox River with a few gentle short hills. Repeat the loop as many times as you would like.


We meet at the playground/pavillion at 301 North River St., Montgomery, IL.
