Fritti Misti – artichoke hearts, zucchini and other seasonal vegetables fried in a light crispy batter served with Franco’s lemon garlic aioli or spicy roasted pepper sauce

Assaggio

Carpaccio di arrosto di manzo – thinly sliced roast beef topped with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, capers and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon

Primo

Fettuccine cremosi con olio di tartufo – fresh fettuccine pasta tossed in a creamy garlic butter with grated pecorino, freshly cracked black pepper and authentic extra virgin truffle oil

Secondo

Involtini di pollo all’uccelletto – breast of chicken filled with fresh herbs and pan seared. Served “all’uccelletto” with white cannellini beans in a rich pomodoro sauce
